Mermaid Beach, St. Croix

Mermaid Beach is located on the north side of St. Croix in the Buccaneer Beach and Golf Resort. As you pull up to the guard gate at the Buccaneer Hotel, just let them know you are going to the beach and they will let you in free of charge.

Mermaid Beach has a parking lot to park your car and as you are walking in you will see a restaurant on the right hand side.

You can also rent lounge chairs, paddle boards, kayaks, or canoes too.

This beach has soft sand, clear water, and is a great place for a beach day in St. Croix!

As we were walking up to Mermaid Beach there was a restaurant on the right hand side.

The palm trees provided lots of shade, but they also had umbrellas and lounge chairs available to rent.

They also had a shack that you could rent paddleboards, kayaks, and canoes.

We had a great time at Mermaid Beach and would go back again! If you're in St. Croix, this is a great beach to visit.

These are the checklist items I recommend:

• Bring some cash to rent a paddleboard or a beach chair.
• Bring some money to eat at the restaurant.
• Bring a plenty of water and some snacks
• Bring a hat to keep the sun off of your face.
