Secret Beach (Kauapea Beach), North Kauai, Hawaii

Secret Beach is also known as Kauapea Beach and is located on the north side of Kauai, Hawaii. This is a beautiful beach with amazing views, soft sand, some lava rock, and some tide pools.

To get to this beach, you'll turn off of Kalihiwai Road onto Secret Beach Road.

Secret Beach Road is a dead end. You'll park on the side of the road and go to the trailhead.

This is what it looks like as you walk out onto the beach.

We hiked to the small waterfall and found that it was dry.

Then we hiked it a little more and found some amazing tide pools.

We headed back to the other side of the beach and were blown away by these amazing views!

Overall, we loved going to Secret Beach and can't wait to go back again!

• Bring a hat to keep the sun off of your face.
• Bring sunscreen
• Bring a beach towel and beach chair
