Napili Bay Beach, Maui

Napili Bay Beach is a small little paradise located on the northwest coast of Maui, Hawaii.

This beach is lined with hotels and a restaurant, but also has public beach access.

The parking lot was full on Napili Place when we arrived so we parked on the main road and walked in.

We parked on the side of the road on Lower Honoapiilani Road and walked over to Napili Place and took a right to walk down to the beach entrance.

When you get to Napili Place you will see a sign for Napili Bay Beach Resort. This is where you will take a right and head to the access trail.

As you reach the end of the street, you will take a dirt trail that leads to the beach.

At the end of the trail you will see the steps and sidewalk that takes you down to the beach.

At the bottom of the sidewalk, you will need to climb down some rocks to access the beach.

Once you're on the beach, you have this beautiful view of Napili Bay beach!

Towards the end of the beach there is the Sea House Restaurant.

At the end of Napili Bay Beach, this is the view looking back at where we came in.

After exploring the beach and laying out, we decided to go snorkeling along the reef.

You can see the reef runs parallel along the beach. We snorkeled on both sides of the reef.

After snorkeling, we got out and dried off by laying on our towels and letting the sun do its job.

We were so happy that we brought water and snacks as we were really hungry after that long snorkeling session.

Overall, we had a great time at Napili Bay Beach and would definitely go again. We would highly recommend it on your next trip to Maui.

• Bring a hat to keep the sun off of your face.
• Bring sunscreen
• Bring a beach towel and beach chair
• Bring your snorkeling gear
