Transportation to your property: 

If your property is located outside of Utah, airfare for two, a rental car, and trip insurance are to be reimbursed by you, the client, and are not included in the price of this package. An itemized invoice will be sent for approval prior to booking. Client is responsible for all non-refundable travel expenses once booked.

If your property is located in Utah, we will drive to your property and will charge a travel fee of $0.72 per mile (2026 IRS Standard Mileage Rate) from our property to yours. We are based out of Bluffdale, Utah.

Payment & Timeline:

• Investment Schedule: The total fee is split up into two payments: 50% upfront deposit/retainer to secure the property stay dates on our calendar and then 50% upon final approval of all deliverables.

• Turnaround: All 3 deliverables ready within 2 weeks of our stay.

• Revision Suite: This package includes two rounds of professional revisions to ensure the video review aligns perfectly with your property's voice. 

Cancellations: The 50% Deposit/Retainer is non-refundable after travel arrangements have been purchased. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled stay will result in a Cancellation Fee equal to 25% of the remaining balance.
