The Beach on Longboat Key:

We were excited for our trip to Longboat Key, which is located on the west coast of Florida and south of Tampa.

Longboat Key has around 12 miles of beautiful sandy beaches. There very few public beach access points with small parking lots, so we had heard that the beaches are rarely crowded. This turned out to be true and we never felt crowded at the beach.

We stayed in a beautiful condo called The Beach on Longboat Key.

Our 2nd floor room had oceanfront views and beach front access.

Our condo was located at 3465 Gulf of Mexico Drive, Long Boat Key, Florida 34228.

We stayed in unit B227.

The beach had soft white sand and the sunsets were amazing!

They have hallways that go through to get to the back where the pool area and entrance to the beach are located.

As we walked out to the beach, we were blown away with how beautiful it was.

As we got in the water to go swimming, we saw a manatee swimming by.

We stayed in the corner unit on the second floor.

If you walk back through the hallway, turn left, and then go up the stairs to reach the 2nd floor. Our condo had 1 bedroom with a washer and dryer, 1 bathroom, and a large living area with a dining room and kitchen. It also had a pull down murphy bed and a pullout couch.

The views from the dining area were amazing!

We also had a balcony with great views.

We loved exploring the beach and relaxing watching the sunsets.

Overall, we loved our stay at The Beach on Longboat Key! It was so relaxing and we can't wait to come back for another visit.

• Our unit provided towels and beach towels, so we didn't need to bring our own.
• Purchase your own food as you have a full kitchen.
• Bring a hat to keep the sun off of your face.
