Deals Beach has crystal clear shallow water.

This is a great beach to bring kids because of the shallow and calm waters.

It's located on the northwest side of Long Island in the Bahamas.

This is a great beach for long walks as it is about 1.5 miles long.

When we pulled up we found a free dirt parking lot. There was a porta-potty there and a place to hang up a hammock.

As we walked over to the beach we found that the river empties into this beach. You can walk across on the bridge or just walk through the water as it is really shallow.

Once you pass the river, the water gets crystal clear again.

The water is really shallow, but we still wanted to get in a snorkel. We found that there are lots of little fish swimming in this water.

After snorkeling, we got out and explore Deals Beach. This is what it looked like.

Overall, we had a great time exploring and snorkeling at Deals Beach. This is a great beach for families with small kids or if you want to go for a long walk.
